TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1 – Purchase of a multifunctional tractor as part of the project entitled: „Expansion of the warehouse base by purchasing a tractor, a mobile water tank and power generators”. The task includes delivery of a tractor that is factory-new, with a power of at least 100 hp, year of manufacture 2026.1. The Contractor is required to: a) deliver and unload the subject of the contract to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority within the territory of Gmina Iwierzyce. In addition, the Contractor will be obliged to conduct training in basic operation of the machine and equipment, b) hand over to the Contracting Authority all documents necessary for registering the vehicle and the tank, in particular: the vehicle card, technical inspection, warranty book, service inspection books, operating instructions in the Polish language, a complete set of keys in the number supplied by the manufacturer – if required. c) The Contractor shall ensure that technical and service inspections are carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the tractor and mobile tank manufacturer and with the warranty requirements, throughout the entire period of its warranty. d) Within the…
