TENDER DESCRIPTION

Furnishing an existing playground and recreational area at ul. Kolonistów in Szczecin (repeat) 1. The subject of the contract – described in appendices No 5 and 6 to the SWZ – includes, among other things: 1) dismantling 2 football goalposts and 2 benches, 2) relocating 2 play devices from the playground to the recreational area, 3) supplying 3 play devices, 4 benches, 1 bench-table and 2 rubbish bins at the playground, 4) supplying a play device and a bench at the recreational area, 5) making sand-filled areas for the play devices. 2. The Contractor shall be obliged – at its own cost and using its own resources – also, among other things, to: 1) provide technical supervision, 2) ensure proper fencing and securing of the construction site, 3) maintain order when leaving the construction site to public roads and within the scope of the work carried out, 4) organise the construction site and social facilities together with restoring the site to its original condition, 5) secure its own property at the worksite, repair any damage arising during the performance of the work, 6) carry out the work in a manner that is not burdensome for people visiting the playground and recreational…
