TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a factory-new medium 4x4 rescue and firefighting vehicle for OSP Rzeczyca, in accordance with the detailed description of technical and operational parameters constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The vehicle must be factory-new and free from structural, material, workmanship and legal defects. 3. The vehicle must be equipped with a 6-person cab, a water-foam system with a water tank of at least 4000 dm3, a firefighting pump with a quick-attack line, a water-foam monitor on the front bumper and spray nozzles on the sides of the vehicle, a winch, a lighting mast with a power generator, 7 side compartments and a roof toolbox for equipment, and 3 telescopic ladders. 4. The vehicle should meet exhaust emission standards and be equipped with energy-saving systems, and also be manufactured from environmentally friendly materials, which will enable limiting the negative impact of the project on the climate and environment, fully respecting the principle of “do no significant harm (DNSH)”. 5.
