TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT is the equipment upgrade of Hospital Wards, the Operating Block and the Sterilisation, Disinfection and Cleaning Department by supplying medical devices and other equipment. 2. The subject matter of the contract has been described in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Form of Offer, in Appendix No. 2.1 to the SWZ – List of the required quality-technical parameters and in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ – Draft Contractual Provisions, in which the quantity of the subject matter of the contract and the description of the subject matter of the contract have been provided. 3. The contract is co-financed: a. Package No. 1 under the agreement DZ-IV-A/55/2026 concluded between the Wojewódzki Szpital Zespolony in Konin and the Województwo Wielkopolskie for granting a subsidy for the purpose of equipping the Neurosurgery Ward together with the operating room. 4. The subject matter of the contract will be delivered at the Contractor’s cost, risk and by the Contractor’s transport. 5.
