Equipment of subject-didactic laboratories in the scope of teaching aids 1. Scope of the subject matter of the contract: The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of teaching aids under the project “Świecie is investing in education”. 2. The task is co-financed under the project “Świecie is investing in education”, Project No. FEKP.08.27-IZ.00-0032/25 co-financed from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) within Priority 8 European funds for support in the area of the labour market, education and social inclusion, Measure 08.27 General education, OPPT.3. The subject of the contract includes the purchase and delivery of teaching aids, hereinafter also referred to as products, for Primary Schools within the area of the Municipality of Świecie. The subject of the contract includes the teaching aids indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the elements of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the price form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract.
