Upgrading school laboratories – delivery of laptops – implementation of the city-wide participatory budget The subject of the contract is the upgrading of school laboratories – delivery of laptops – implementation of the city-wide participatory budget. Scope of the contract: 1. Laptop (minimum parameters as specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ) - 16 pcs 2. Wireless mouse (minimum parameters as specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ) - 16 pcs. The description of requirements is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The minimum warranty period for the offered laptops (with the proviso that the warranty for wireless mice is consistent with the manufacturer’s warranty) may not be shorter than 24 months (in the event of offering a shorter term, the offer will be rejected in accordance with Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act because its content will be inconsistent with the terms of the contract).
