TENDER DESCRIPTION

Furnishing school laboratories – delivery of laptops under European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (Fund for a Just Transition) The subject of the contract is the furnishing of school laboratories – delivery of laptops under European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (Fund for a Just Transition). Scope of the contract: 1. Laptop (minimum parameters as specified in Appendix No 4 to the SWZ) – 16 units. 2. Wireless mouse (minimum parameters as specified in Appendix No 4 to the SWZ) – 16 units. The description of requirements is included in Appendix No 4 to the SWZ. The minimum warranty period for the offered laptops (with the reservation that the warranty for wireless mice shall comply with the manufacturer’s warranty) may not be shorter than 24 months (if a shorter term is offered, the offer will be rejected in accordance with Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act because its content will be inconsistent with the terms of the contract).
