Equipment for the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Chrostkowo – Purchase and delivery of a municipal tractor 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand-new municipal tractor (minimum production year 2026) together with equipment intended for operating the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Chrostkowo. 2. Equipment list for the municipal tractor: 1) Front loader 2) Agricultural trailer 3) Municipal spreader 4) Flail mower 5) Bucket for the loader 6) Snow-plough 7) Forks for pallets. 3. The vehicle and its equipment must meet the requirements of road traffic regulations in accordance with the Act on Road Traffic (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2024, item 1251, as amended). 4. The vehicle must have the required “EC Declaration of Conformity”. 5. The machine supplier must be the manufacturer or an authorised representative of the manufacturer of the offered tractor. 6. Tractor service support during the warranty period (materials, labour, travel/arrival) shall be on the Contractor’s side. 7.
