Kuzawka, Terespol municipality, Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, at the border landmark (X: 481335; Y: 811244 – border point 158-159) The subject matter of the contract is urgent protection of a bank breach at km 251+975–252+125 of the Bug boundary river in the m. Kuzawka, Terespol municipality, Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in the area covered by the activity of the Water Catchment Area Authority in Biała Podlaska of Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie – Water Supervision Office in Włodawa. Geographic coordinates in the 2000 system, zone 8: X: 481335, Y: 811244 – border point 158-159. Progressive erosion leads to destruction of the bank of the Bug river, which results in the state border being shifted to the disadvantage of the Republic of Poland (RP). The breach results in the taking of land owned by individuals.
