TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract includes: equipment supply and modernisation of a multi-specialty outpatient clinic and the newly established primary health care (POZ) – Delivery of basic equipment and medical instruments. The contract has been divided into eight (VIII) parts: – Part I. – Delivery of an audiometry testing device. A detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract are set out in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No 6 to the SWZ. 1.
