TENDER DESCRIPTION
SUPPLY OF BIPOLAR ELECTRODES 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of bipolar electrodes to the Contracting Authority’s registered office in accordance with the description and requirements set out in Appendix No. 1 to this Specifiication. 2. Tenders that do not include the full scope of the subject of the contract shall be rejected. 3. The remaining terms and conditions of the contract are specified in the draft contract, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
