TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of various medicines according to 15 lots (including medicines used in chemotherapy) to the Contracting Authority’s registered office (Kraków, os. Złotej Jesieni 1), in accordance with the description and requirements set out in Appendix No 1 to this Specifications. Lot 14 - FSMP - food for special medical purposes.2. Validity period / warranty period for the subject of the contract: it may not be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. Deliveries of products with a shorter shelf life/validity period may be permitted in exceptional situations and, in each case, consent to this must be expressed by an authorised representative of the Contracting Authority with confirmation by e-mail.3. For food preparations for feeding, the Contracting Authority allows a shelf life/validity period shorter than 12 months, but not shorter than 6 months.4. In medicine programmes and chemotherapy, only medicines placed on the NFZ reimbursement lists are permitted (the price of the medicine may not exceed the funding limit set by NFZ).5.
