TENDER DESCRIPTION

SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of consumables for the pharmacy to the registered office of the Contracting Authority (Złotej Jesieni 1, Kraków), in accordance with the description and requirements set out in Annex No 1 to these Terms of Reference with regard to Package No 1. 2. The validity period / warranty period for the subject of the contract may not be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. The Contractor undertakes, at the request of the Contracting Authority, to conduct training for the Contracting Authority’s personnel at its premises (Złotej Jesieni 1, Kraków) together with the first delivery of goods to the Hospital Pharmacy, within a time limit agreed in writing with the Contracting Authority, but no later than within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 4. The Contractor will be required to submit the attendance list for the training referred to in paragraph 3, with signatures of the trained users confirming their actual attendance at the Hospital Pharmacy, within 5 working days from the date on which the training was held. 5.
