TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the SUPPLY OF INTRAOCULAR LENSES WITH A DEVICE FOR PHACOEMULSIFICATION AND ANTERIOR VITRECTOMY ALONG WITH STERILE, SINGLE-USE, COLLECTIVELY PACKAGED SETS AND ACCESSORIES NECESSARY FOR CATARACT AND VITRECTOMY SURGERY to the Contracting Authority's headquarters (Kraków, os. Złotej Jesieni 1) in accordance with the description and requirements set out in Annex 1 to this Specification. 2. The expiry date / warranty period of the subject of the contract shall not be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. Offers that do not cover the full scope of the subject of the contract (for the part to which they relate) will be rejected. 4.
