TENDER DESCRIPTION

OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices for the parenteral nutrition mixer to the Contracting Authority's headquarters (os. Złotej Jesieni 1, Kraków), in accordance with the description and requirements set out in Annex No. 1 to this Specification according to Package No. 1. 2. The expiry date / warranty period of the subject of the contract must not be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. The Contractor undertakes, at the request of the Contracting Authority, to conduct training for the Contracting Authority's staff at its headquarters (os. Złotej Jesieni 1, Kraków) together with the first delivery of goods to the Hospital Pharmacy within a period agreed in writing with the Contracting Authority, but no later than within 30 days from the date of contract conclusion. 4. The Contractor shall be obliged to submit an attendance list from the conducted training referred to in section 3 with the signatures of trained users confirming their actual presence to the Hospital Pharmacy within 5 working days from the date of the training. 5.
