TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of medical devices according to 68 lots to the Contracting Authority’s registered office (Złotej Jesieni 1, Kraków), in accordance with the description and requirements set out in Annex No 1 to these Terms of Reference. 2. The validity period / warranty period for the subject matter of the contract may not be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. Upon request of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor undertakes to conduct training for the Contracting Authority’s personnel at its registered office (Złotej Jesieni 1, Kraków) together with the first delivery of the goods to the Hospital Pharmacy within the time limit agreed in writing with the Contracting Authority, but no later than within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 4. The Contractor will be required to submit an attendance list from the training referred to in paragraph 3 with signatures of the trained users confirming their actual attendance at the Hospital Pharmacy within 5 business days from the date of the training. 5.
