TENDER DESCRIPTION

SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of a ceiling digital X-ray apparatus to the Contracting Authority’s registered office in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1A to the Terms of Reference. 2. Tenders that do not provide the full scope of the subject matter of the contract will be rejected. 3. The remaining contract conditions are set out in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to these Terms of Reference. 4. Cooperation in connecting the apparatus to the PACS system and purchase of licences on the part of the Contractor. The valuation of the purchase of licences is attached in Annex No. 1B to the Terms of Reference. Co-financing of the contract under the Project: “Construction and equipment of the Multi-specialty Outpatient Care Team including primary health care (POZ) and specialist clinics (AOS) at the Specialist Hospital named after Ludwik Rydygier in Kraków Sp. z o.o.”.
