TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment according to 17 lots to the Contracting Authority’s registered office in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No 1A to the Specification (for the relevant Lot No 1-17). 2. Tenders that do not include the full scope of the contract’s subject matter shall be rejected. 3. The other conditions of the contract are set out in the draft contract, constituting Appendix No 3 to this Specification. 4. Co-financed purchase: National Oncology Strategy 5. ATTENTION: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure for awarding the contract in the event that the funding which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the contract is not granted (Article 257 of the Pzp).
