TENDER DESCRIPTION

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment under Package No 1 to the Contracting Authority’s registered office in accordance with the description and requirements set out in Appendix No 1A to the Terms of Reference. 2. Tenders that do not cover the full scope of the subject of the contract shall be rejected. 3. The remaining contract conditions are set out in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No 3 to these Terms of Reference. 4. Purchase co-financed from the budget of the Małopolskie Voivodeship. 5. NOTE: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure in the event that the funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to financing the contract are not granted (Article 257 of the Pzp Act).
