SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment under Package No. 1 to the Contracting Authority's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements set out in Annex No. 1A to the Specification. 2. Offers not containing the full scope of the contract subject will be rejected. 3. Other contract conditions are specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to this Specification. 4. Purchase co-financed from the budget of the Małopolskie Voivodeship. 5. NOTE: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the funds intended for financing the contract are not granted (Article 257 of the PPL).
