TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a computer tomograph with equipment, together with the modernisation of the tomograph room at the Specialist Hospital named after Ludwik Rydygier in Kraków sp. z o.o. (Złotej Jesieni 1, 31-826 Kraków) in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No 1A (Summary of boundary technical and operational parameters) and Annex No 1B (Functional and Utility Programme) to this specification. 2. Tenders that do not include the full scope of the subject matter of the contract shall be rejected. 3. The remaining conditions of the contract are set out in the draft contract, which constitutes Annex No 3 to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor carries out a preliminary site visit of the places where the works are to be carried out in order to obtain information that may be necessary to prepare an offer for the purpose of concluding the contract and performing the contract.
