TENDER DESCRIPTION

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical devices under 45 packages to the Contracting Authority’s registered office (Złotej Jesieni 1, Kraków), in accordance with the description and requirements set out in Annex No. 1 to the Specification. 2. The validity period / warranty period of the subject of the contract may not be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. The Contractor undertakes to, at the request of the Contracting Authority, conduct training of the Contracting Authority’s staff at its registered office (Złotej Jesieni 1, Kraków) together with the first delivery of goods to the Hospital Pharmacy within a period agreed in writing with the Contracting Authority, but no later than within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the agreement. 4. The Contractor will be required to submit a list of attendance from the training referred to in point 3, with signatures of the trained users confirming their actual attendance at the Hospital Pharmacy, within 5 business days from the date on which the training was conducted. 5.
