TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract consists of successive deliveries of 1,100 m³ of “standard” diesel fuel intended for urban public transport buses, in accordance with the requirements specified in this SWZ, the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ and the Contract Draft Terms and Conditions (PPU) constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of increasing the scope of the contract within the framework of the option right, on the terms set out in point 4.15 of the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of “standard” diesel fuel for urban public transport buses—vehicles equipped with self-ignition engines. The delivered “standard” diesel fuel must meet the quality requirements specified in the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended) and in other applicable provisions of law.
