TENDER DESCRIPTION

The vehicle must meet the requirements specified in: - the Road Traffic Act, together with the implementing provisions to the Act, - the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure the principles of public safety or the protection of health and life and property, as well as on the rules for granting approval for the use of those products, - the Regulation of the Internal Affairs and Administration, National Defence, Finance, and Justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, the Internal Security Agency, the Intelligence Agency, the Military Counterintelligence Service, the Military Intelligence Service, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Border Guard, the State Protection Service, the National Revenue Administration, the Prison Service and the fire service.
