TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 piece of type C sanitary ambulance equipped with main stretcher and stretcher trolley for the needs of the medical rescue team of the Sądeckie Emergency Medical Service in Nowy Sącz. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. The purchased vehicles must comply, among others, with the following requirements: a) the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251 as amended), hereinafter referred to as "Road Traffic Law", b) the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 2024, item 502 as amended), c) the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 3 January 2023 on the marking of the State Medical Rescue system and the requirements regarding the uniforms of medical rescue team members (Journal of Laws 2023, item 118) applicable to type C sanitary ambulances, d) standards: PN-EN 1789+A2 or its replacement "or equivalent" for the vehicle, and PN-EN 1865 or its replacement "or equivalent" for patient transport equipment - main…
