TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 piece of a type C medical ambulance equipped with a main stretcher and a stretcher transporter for the needs of the medical rescue team of the Sądeckie Emergency Medical Services in Nowy Sącz. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The purchased vehicles must meet, inter alia, the following requirements: a) the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the “Road Traffic Law”, b) the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 2024, item 502, as amended), c) the regulation of the Minister of Health of 3 January 2023 on the designation of the State Medical Rescue System and requirements regarding the uniforms of members of medical rescue teams (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 118) applicable for C medical ambulances d) standards: PN-EN 1789+A2 or its replacement “or equivalent” for the vehicle and PN-EN 1865 or its replacement “or equivalent” for patient transport equipment — main stretcher…
