TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of 1 unit of an enterprise-class production storage disk array The subject matter of the contract includes: 1) the sale by the Contractor and the delivery to the Contracting Authority of 1 unit of an enterprise-class production storage disk array together with mounting rails, drives, controllers, power supplies, memory modules, cabling and other equipment required by the technical specification; 2) ensuring for the Contracting Authority the rights to use the array software and all licenses required to launch and fully operate the equipment within the scope specified in the technical specification; 3) ensuring for the equipment the manufacturer’s warranty and full technical support from the manufacturer for a period compliant with the Contractor’s offer. 2. The detailed description and technical parameters of the equipment, software usage conditions, and the requirements concerning warranty and technical support are specified in the technical specification, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the contract template. 3.
