TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of brand new mobile water-filled flood barriers with a total length of 1500 m, intended to protect urbanized areas in the city of Wrocław from the effects of high water levels in rivers. Furthermore, the Contractor's responsibilities will include the selection and purchase of at least 2 containers adapted for storing the complete set of barriers. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for contract implementation are presented in the Draft Agreement (Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference) and the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to the Draft Agreement.
