TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of factory-new mobile flood barriers filled with water, with a total length of 1500 m, intended to protect urbanised areas in the city of Wrocław against the effects of high water levels in rivers. In addition, it will be the Contractor’s duty to select and purchase at least 2 containers adapted for storing a complete set of barriers. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performing the contract are provided in the Draft Contract (Appendix No 1 to the SWZ) and in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Appendix No 2 to the Draft Contract.
