TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of 150 tonnes of hard coal of the Orzech type. The subject of the contract is the delivery together with transport of 150 Mg of hard coal of the Orzech type, intended for energy purposes, with the required quality parameters, in particular a calorific value of at least 24 MJ/kg, a maximum ash content of 11%, a maximum total sulphur content of 1.40% and a particle size of 40–80 mm. Deliveries will be made successively, by road transport, with unloading at the storage yard of the Boiler House of the Contracting Authority at ul. Demokracji 5 in Ostróda. Under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide the required quality documentation, including certificates of fuel quality and statements regarding its origin. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to an option in the scope of ±40% of the estimated contract quantity, in accordance with actual needs.
