TENDER DESCRIPTION

DELIVERY OF 1,800 PIECES OF GIFT VOUCHERS 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1,800 pcs of gift vouchers in paper form with a face value of PLN 100.00, entitling the purchase of goods and services in various retail, service and catering outlets throughout the entire Republic of Poland. CPV: 30199750-2 - Vouchers. 2. The costs of preparation/confectioning and the costs of delivering the vouchers to the Ordering Party’s registered office shall be borne by the Contractor. 3. By “gift vouchers”, hereinafter referred to as vouchers in paper form, it shall be understood reimbursement/identification signs issued and offered by the Contractor that may be used by the holder, and that are subject to exchange for goods and services throughout the entire Republic of Poland up to the amount corresponding to the nominal value of the aforementioned vouchers. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow gift vouchers in plastic form, gift cards in electronic form, prepaid cards, e-vouchers, e-codes etc. 5.
