TENDER DESCRIPTION
Delivery of 2 brand-new forklift trucks with gas drive for RCO in Krosno 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 brand-new forklift trucks with gas drive for the Regional Waste Recovery Centre in Krosno. The offered forklift trucks must be of one brand, identical in terms of design. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Chapter IV of the SWZ. 3. Additional requirements: - The forklift trucks must have a declaration of conformity for the requirements of CE for machinery and equipment, and must also have approval for operation in accordance with the requirements of the UDT and an operating manual in the Polish language. - UDT inspection/acceptance of the forklift truck on the Contractor’s side. - Warranty: 60 months or 5000 mth, and warranty for the attachment/grabber (clamping device) for 24 months. - Transport costs are borne by the Contractor.
