Scope of the subject matter of the contract: 1) The subject matter of the contract is the purchase, including delivery, of two used heavy-duty dump trucks—tippers—in a 6x6 drive configuration to the Contracting Authority’s premises. 2) Names and codes relating to the subject matter of the contract specified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main CPV code: CPV: 34134000-5 — Lorries with flatbeds and tippers 3) The Contracting Authority will accept the delivered items at the Contracting Authority’s premises, i.e. in the city of Wrocław (postal code: 51-171) at ul. P. Czajkowskiego 11/13. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject matter of the contract to the indicated location and to carry out trial tests at its own expense. 4) The detailed requirements and technical parameters of the subject matter of the contract are specified in the Technical Specification constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). 5) Other information is provided in Chapter 3 of the SWZ.
