TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract in Part 1 is the supply of 8 units of standard low-floor urban buses powered by electricity (hereinafter referred to as the MAXI vehicle). 2. The offered vehicles must be new buses, manufactured in the year of delivery, by a single manufacturer, with technical and operational parameters consistent with the documentation of the Procedure. For each bus, the Contractor shall provide a warranty and statutory liability (warranty for defects) on the same terms. 3. The offered buses may not be a prototype product. 4. A detailed description for Part 1 of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 7A to the terms of reference. Important! Performance of the contract in Part 1 depends on obtaining a grant from the FENX.03.01 programme "Urban Transport - buses and trolleybuses" under Measure 3.1. "Urban Fleet" - bus fleet. 5. Declarations, applications, notices or information submitted to the Contracting Authority are deemed to have been submitted on time if their legible content reaches the Contracting Authority before the expiry of that deadline.
