TENDER DESCRIPTION

2.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 22 brand-new, low-floor city buses for the purpose of operating a single unified transport system, including: 8 units of the MINI class with a maximum length of 9000 mm and 14 units of the MAXI class with a maximum length of 11000 mm, adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities, powered by synthetic diesel fuel HVO 100 for Andrychów Transport Company Ltd. (Andrychowskiego Zakładu Komunikacyjnego Sp. z o.o.) in Andrychów, under the terms set out in the SWZ and in the annexes forming an integral part thereof. The Contracting Authority allows the buses offered within each bus class, i.e. MINI and MAXI, to be of one brand or different bus brands in the MINI and MAXI class, with the proviso that all buses within a given class must originate from one manufacturer, be of the same brand and type, have an identical design, configuration, equipment and drive layout.
