TENDER DESCRIPTION

2.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 22 brand-new, low-floor city buses, for the purpose of operating a uniform, unified transport system, including: 8 units of the MINI class with a length of max. 9000 mm and 14 units of the MAXI class with a length of max 11000 mm, adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities, powered by synthetic diesel fuel HVO 100 for Andrychów Transport Company Sp. z o.o. in Andrychów on the terms specified in the SWZ (Terms of Reference) and in the annexes that form an integral part thereof. The Contracting Authority allows that, within each bus class, i.e. MINI and MAXI, the offered buses may be of one brand or different bus brands in the MINI class and in the MAXI class, subject to the condition that all buses within a given class must come from one manufacturer, be of the same brand and type, and have an identical design, configuration, equipment and drivetrain.
