Supply of 3 self-propelled sweepers with equipment for the needs of MZDW – procedure number 211/26 1. The subject of the contract is: Supply of 3 self-propelled sweepers with equipment for the needs of MZDW.2. A detailed description of the subject of the Contract is provided in Part III of the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract.3. In the event that the description of the subject of the contract indicates trade marks, patents or origin, sources or a particular process that characterises the product or services supplied by a specific contractor, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions.4. In the event that the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and systems of technical references, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.5. The contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract at its own cost, together with all documentation, within 30 days from the date of signing the agreement.6.
