TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 5 units of brand new municipal mini tractors along with equipment for winter maintenance of sidewalks and bicycle paths as well as mowing green areas in urban spaces. 2. Each set includes a mini tractor and compatible equipment specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ - Annex No. 1 to the ToR). All elements of the set must be complete, unused, free from physical and legal defects, come from series production, and comply with the requirements of the contract documents. 3. A detailed description of technical, functional, documentary, warranty, and acceptance requirements is specified in Annex No. 1 to the ToR – OPZ. 4. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for the entire subject of the contract for a period of not less than 12 months, counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol without reservations. The offered warranty period will be evaluated according to the criterion specified in Part XXI of the ToR. 5.
