TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 6 bus-type vehicles in an unmarked police version, hereinafter referred to as the vehicle or vehicles. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and Chapter XIX of the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that, together with the tender, the following evidence be submitted in order to confirm compliance of the offered vehicles with the requirements specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract, i.e. the template of the EC certificate of conformity for the base vehicle, confirming the parameters contained in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ at the following points: points 1.4.1.4–1.4.1.6, 1.4.2.1–1.4.2.3 and 1.4.5.1–1.4.5.3. 4. The Contracting Authority accepts equivalent evidence if they confirm that the offered vehicles meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. Evidence prepared by the Contractor (e.g. the Contractor’s own statement) will not be considered equivalent. 5.
