TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 6 microscopes for a teaching laboratory, described in detail in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract. 2. In order to confirm compliance of the offered subject matter of the contract with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor is required to indicate in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Tender form of the basic technical parameters of the offered devices, including at least the manufacturer, brand, model and indications of the link to the detailed specification of the device on the website of the Manufacturer/Distributor or the Contractor. 3. The information provided must enable the offered device to be identified unambiguously and its technical parameters to be verified. 4. The Contractor is required to carry out the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the SWZ and in the appendices constituting an integral part of the SWZ, in particular in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract and Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ - Draft contract provisions specifying the scope and conditions for the provision of…
