TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 6 microscopes for a teaching laboratory, described in detail in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract. 2. In order to confirm that the offered subject matter of the contract complies with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor is required to indicate in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – the Bid form for basic technical parameters of the offered devices, including at least the manufacturer, brand, model, and to provide the link to the detailed specification of the device on the Manufacturer/Distributor’s or Contractor’s website. 3. The information provided must enable the offered device to be identified unambiguously and its technical parameters to be verified. 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the SWZ and in the annexes constituting an integral part of the SWZ, in particular in accordance with Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract and Annex No. 4 to the SWZ – Draft contract provisions specifying the scope and conditions for the delivery service. 1.
