TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of applying the procedure specified in the instruction of Article 139(1) of the PZP Act, the so-called “reverse procedure”. 2) Pursuant to Article 20(2) of the PZP Act, the procedure for awarding a contract is conducted in the Polish language. 3) The Contracting Authority does not provide for awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the PZP Act. 4) The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of a tender assuming a method of performance of the contract different from that specified in the SWZ (variant tender). 5) The Contracting Authority does not split the contract into parts. Thus, the Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders referred to in Article 7(15) of the PZP Act. Reasons for not splitting: No possibility to split the contract into parts due to the type of contract.
