TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of accessories for the Department of Pathomorphological Diagnostics, hereinafter referred to in this SWZ: “goods” for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Establishment of the Voivodeship Complex Hospital in Białystok, in the quantity, assortment and parameters specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Detailed Form of the Offer. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performance are included in the following annexes: a) Detailed Form of the Offer [Lot No. 1] – Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ; 1.
