DELIVERY OF AN EMERGENCY AMBULANCE TYPE C WITH A DMC ABOVE 3.5 TONS, TOGETHER WITH EQUIPMENT 1. The subject of the contract is the DELIVERY OF AN EMERGENCY AMBULANCE TYPE C WITH A DMC ABOVE 3.5 TONS, TOGETHER WITH EQUIPMENT.2. The offered emergency ambulance of type C with an allowed total mass above 3.5 tons must meet the requirements set out in the applicable regulations concerning the approval (homologation) of vehicles and their equipment, in particular the Act of 14 April 2023 on vehicle type approval systems and their equipment, the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2 August 2023 on vehicle type approval (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1651), and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2018/858 of 30 May 2018, to the extent applicable to the vehicle offered. The offered ambulance must have the homologation documents required by law, confirming the possibility of registering it and allowing it on the road as a special vehicle – an ambulance, in particular the appropriate EU type-approval certificate, national approval, or other approval documents required for the specified type of vehicle approval.
