TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a gas chromatograph coupled with a GC/MS mass spectrometer and a Purge&Trap attachment. The contract includes: delivery, carrying in, assembly, installation and commissioning of the entire set at the contracting authority's premises and training of personnel in the operation of the device. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the ToR – Description of the subject of the contract. NOTE: The contracting authority informs that pursuant to Article 257 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law, it reserves the right to cancel this procedure if public funds from external sources intended to finance the entire contract are not granted. This contract is conducted in connection with the entry into force of the Act of 13 March 2026 amending the Act on collective water supply and collective sewage disposal and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2026 item 605).
