TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of a gas chromatograph coupled with a mass spectrometer GC/MS and a Purge&Trap accessory The contract includes: delivery, bringing-in, assembly, installation and commissioning of the entire set at the Employer’s premises, and training of employees in operating the equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. NOTE: The Contracting Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 257(1) of the Act of Public Procurement Law, it reserves the right to cancel this procedure if public funds coming from external sources that it intended to allocate to finance the entire contract are not granted to it. This contract is carried out in connection with the entry into force of the Act of 13 March 2026 amending the Act on collective water supply and collective wastewater discharge and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2026, item 605).
