TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of brand-new medical equipment (year of manufacture 2026) – a stationary X-ray system (RTG), as part of the replacement of equipment for saving the lives of patients in the Emergency Department (SOR), the Department of Radiology and Imaging Diagnostics, the Operating Block, the Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit, as implementation of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship subsidy for the task “Improvement of the healthcare facility base”, based on Annex No 5 of 23 March 2026 to Agreement No DZ-N/13/2025 of 12 February 2025. The subject matter of the contract also includes construction and installation works necessary to be performed as adaptation and preparation works in the premises of the Department of Radiology and Imaging Diagnostics, in accordance with the equipment requirements for the stationary X-ray system, which condition its correct installation, acceptance and subsequent operation of the device in the premises.
