TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task No 1: Supply of a UV-Vis spectrometer for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław according to the terms and scope specified in the draft contract for a given task, in the annexes to the draft contract for a given task, and in the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of performance is provided by the draft contract along with its annexes (including a detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex No 1 to the Draft Contract), constituting Annex 1A to the SWZ. Warranty period for the supplied equipment: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the subject of the contract within the following time limit: Task No 1: at most up to 25 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contractor may shorten the delivery/implementation deadline for Task No 1 in relation to the deadline indicated above. An offer providing for shortening the implementation/realisation deadline will receive points in the assessment of tenders for a given task using the criteria for selecting the most advantageous tender specified in Chapter 13 of this SWZ.
