Delivery of office supplies for the Multi-Specialty Hospital named after Dr. Ludwik Błażek in Inowrocław 1) The subject of the order is the supply of office supplies for the Multi-Specialty Hospital in Inowrocław, for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract. 2) The duration of the performance of the order specified for 24 months may be extended by the Contracting Authority if the Contracting Authority has not used the assortment quantities specified in the subject matter of the contract. 3) A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4) The quantities given in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ represent estimated annual consumption and may be reduced by up to 20% of the unused quantity, without constituting an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to fully execute it and without being the basis for claims for damages by the Contractor for failure to use the maximum value of the order. 5) The subject of the order has not been divided into parts. 6) Deliveries of office supplies will be carried out successively in accordance with orders submitted by the Contracting Authority by e-mail to the e-mail address…
