TENDER DESCRIPTION

SUPPLY OF DEEPLY FROZEN FOOD ITEMS The subject of the contract is the supply of deep-frozen products for the 31st Tactical Air Base. Quantity and quality acceptance of the goods will be carried out at the place of delivery by persons authorised by the Contracting Authority (storekeeper); the warehouse is located at: 31st Tactical Air Base, ul. Silniki 1, 61-325 Poznań. The delivery of goods must be carried out between 07:00 and 10:00 – 2 times per week, i.e. Tuesday and Thursday, in accordance with applicable quality standards and the procedures of the HACCP system (quality and transport requirements) and in the packaging indicated by the Contracting Authority in Appendix No 5 to the SWZ and Appendix No 1 to the contract, under penalty of refusal to accept it. If the specified delivery day falls on a non-working day, the delivery shall be made on the day preceding the non-working day or on another date agreed in writing between the Contractor and a representative of the Contracting Authority.
